Q 1. Where do you ship from?
A. We ship from different warehouses & factories. So expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different manufacturing areas.
Q 2. How long does it take for my goods to arrive?
A. It usually takes 7-15 business days for all orders to arrive. Delivery times vary from product to product; based on demand and shipping location.
Q 3. How long does it take to get a tracking number?
A. It usually takes between 3-5 business days.

A. Currently we ship items across the United States.
Q 5. Is shipping free?
A. No we do not offer free shipping. Moreover, expedited shipment requests will come at an additional charge to the customer.

A. Our company is based in the United States of America.
Q 7. In what currency will I be charged?
A. We process all orders in USD. While the contents of the cart are displayed in multiple currencies, you will check out in USD at the latest exchange rate.
Q 8: Do I get a confirmation number when I place my order?
A. Yes, all customers receive an order number after placing their orders.

A. You can be sure that all purchases here are safe.

Q 12. Do I (the customer) have to pay customs charges?
A. The customer is responsible for customs and fees.
