Return Policy

To make a return submit your return request HERE with your email address and order number. All requests will be responded to within 1-2 business days

What items can be returned or exchanged?

Our policy does NOT allow for refunds, but we provide store credit for items of the same value. No returns or exchanges will be accepted if 14 days from time has passed since your package was delivered.

Accepted items MUST be returned in original protective packaging thereby reducing possibility of damage to products. Under NO EXCEPTION will damaged returns be accepted.  Shipping and handling fees are NOT REFUNDABLE.

Returns must be unused, unworn, untarnished, and unwashed with their original tags attached. NO EXCEPTIONS. We reserve the right to not accept your return if there are any defects on the merchandise, signs of wear and tear or smell. 

The following items are excluded and CANNOT be returned or exchanged:

  • Accessories
  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Sale Items (Including those marked FINAL SALE)
  • Bodysuits
  • Items with built in undergarments
  • Worn items
  • Items with fragrances, deodorant, and signs of wear and tear.
  • Shipping fees

Returns:

  • You have 14 days from the date your order ships to return your item. All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Dressed to Impress Boutique gift card.  The store credit will be emailed to the email address attached to your original order.
  • Please include your packing list or order # with your return.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of all returns. 

Exchange:

  • You have 14 days from the date your order ships to exchange your item(s).
  • Exchange item(s) must be received within 14 days of exchange order initiation.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of all returns. 

Can I get my money back?

Store Credit will be issued for ALL returns. Refunds are NOT available.

Is there a return fee?
The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

We will cover the cost of return for items if you received a faulty product or wrong item.

When will you receive store credit?
Once we have received your return, please allow up to 3-5 business days for your store credit to be issued.
