Shipping Policy
What is the shipping and delivery time frame?
Due to COVID 19 order processing may experience delays up to a maximum of 6 business days.
As our shipping carriers deliver packages within the US as well as abroad, when placing your order, your payment is verified and processed it can take 2-3 business days for the items to ship. All processed and shipped items are delivered within the following normal delivery times 7 to 15 business days.

Shipping is automatically calculated on the checkout page and can be seen prior to submitting your payment information. The checkout page offers various shipping method choices and respective prices.
Orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 7-15 business days.

Once your order is placed you will receive an email notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number.

Local and International Shipping Costs
Cost: International shipping rates vary depending on location and weight of the package. At check out your total shipping will be shown depending upon the weight of your shopping bag.
We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, damaged, or unclaimed and refused packages. Packages can be tracked with the supplied tracking number.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost.
Dressed to Impress is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Dressed to Impress is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order.
Damaged Product and Incorrect Orders
We do not ship damaged merchandise and are not responsible if you receive damaged product. For orders damaged during transit please contact the shipping to notify them. If you feel your order is incorrect you must contact us by email within 15 days of placing your order support@dressedtoimpressboutique.com.
No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.
Items not in Stock
We strive to have all our products available for immediate shipment. Due to popularity and high demand for our products, some products may go on back order. We will take all necessary steps to advise you in a prompt manner if this situation occurs. If it is possible to ship a portion of an order, we will send out all available items and place the remainder as a back-order, to be shipped as soon as possible with no extra shipping charges to you.
Can I Preorder on Popular Items?
Due to high demand on certain items may sell out quickly in this case we provide pre-order options to our customers. Preorder dates are estimated based on factory estimations and can sometimes come before or after the specified date. Orders that include preorder items as well as in stock items will be shipped once all the items are in stock. If you would like to receive your in-stock items before your preorder items, please place separate orders.
